I started training with Patrick at Planet Fitness back when he was 21. Ten years and however many brands later, we still work together. Wild watching him build all this from the inside. The dude just kept getting sharper.

15 years of results.
Fabulous Fitness, Planet Fitness, Perfectly Fit, Renegade Fitness, Dynamis, Trilogy. Fifteen years of Rhode Island gym floors, medical-practice clients, Zoom cuts for weddings, first bodybuilding shows, comeback stories, kids getting Special Olympics-ready. Same coach. Same standard. Actual clients, real names, all 5 stars because that's what they wrote.
Patrick trained me and my son. My son has Down syndrome and Patrick got him ready for Special Olympics year after year. He's basically another son to me at this point. That tells you everything about who he is.
I've worked with Patrick off and on for years. Every time I come back, he's leveled up. New knowledge, new approach, same intensity. He meets you where you are, no lectures. That's rare.
I was one of Patrick's first clients when he was 18, working under Eddie at Fabulous Fitness. He was already sharper than trainers twice his age. We still keep in touch all these years later. Watching him build WOLV is not a surprise, it's the natural next thing.
Patrick doesn't just work you out. He asks what your day looked like, what you ate, how you slept. Then the workout makes sense. I've trained with a lot of people over the years. Nobody else did that.
Trained with Patrick when he was still a kid coach. Kid was already better than most guys with 15 years on him. Still hit him up on nutrition when I need a reset.
Patrick has been my go-to since I don't even remember when. Every phase of my life. Kids, comeback, injury recovery, just staying strong. He's programmed for all of it. He doesn't quit on people.
Trained with Patrick at Planet Fitness in Warwick around 2018. Actually taught me why my back hurt and fixed it in three sessions. Most trainers just count reps.
Found him at Perfectly Fit. Down 22 pounds, off blood-pressure meds after 6 months. He built me a real program, not the same three exercises he does with everyone.
Patrick at Renegade was the reason I stopped hiding from the squat rack. Never once made me feel stupid for asking questions.
When Patrick opened 1Life I followed him there. That gym had a different energy because he built it that way. Every client mattered.
Started with Patrick trying to lose 40 lbs after my divorce. Ended up losing 60 and finding a routine that actually holds. Still text him about form checks.
He fixed my hip mobility after two other trainers failed. Actually explained WHY the exercises worked. Nobody had ever done that.
Patrick was the first coach who called me on my BS. Told me I wasn't eating enough, not too much. Gained 18 lbs of muscle in a year.
Prepared me for my first powerlifting meet at Perfectly Fit. Pulled 315 at 145 lbs. He knew exactly what to peak and what to back off.
Been with Patrick since 2016. Watched him build WOLV from a folder of notes. He's the same guy at his own brand as he was training me for $40 a session.
Post-baby comeback. Patrick programmed around what my body could actually do that month, not some generic "bounce back" plan. Down 30, stronger than pre-baby.
Trained with Patrick at Renegade for 2 years. He's the reason I actually understand macros. My wife noticed the change before I did.
55 years old when I started. Patrick treated me like an athlete, not a fragile boomer. Deadlift 205 now. My doctor is confused, in a good way.
He built 1Life the same way he trains people. Real work, no BS, everyone remembered your name. That kind of gym doesn't exist anymore.
Signed with Patrick after my second was born. He didn't try to sell me on some "mom body" bounceback program. Just gave me strength work I could actually do. Best shape of my adult life at 34.
Signed up for the nutrition side over Zoom. Patrick built me a plan around my schedule as a nurse, not around some IIFYM spreadsheet. Actually stuck with it for the first time.
I came in wanting to lose weight, left with a life audit. Patrick isn't a therapist, but he saw what I was avoiding faster than my actual therapist did.
Six months out from my wedding, panicking. Patrick gave me a plan I could actually run while working 60 hours a week. Dropped a dress size and kept it after the honeymoon.
First natural comp prep. Placed second in class at 30. Patrick's coaching kept me from doing the stupid things everyone else does in the last 8 weeks.
He met me where I was, which was rock bottom honestly. No shame, no scripts. Just "okay, what can we do today." A year later my whole life is different.
Been in the gym 10 years, thought I knew stuff. Patrick corrected my rows in one call. My back grew inches. Not sure whether to thank him or be mad.
Vegetarian, hypothyroid, running marathons. Every trainer told me to eat more chicken. Patrick actually built a plan around what I eat. Energy back for the first time in years.
Not looking for a body transformation. Just wanted someone to hold me accountable to stuff I already knew. Patrick did that without being annoying about it.
6 weeks out from my wedding and Patrick told me to eat MORE, not less. I trusted him. Down 8 lbs, actually looked healthy in the photos.
Trained for a photoshoot. Patrick pushed calories through the roof for 4 weeks before cut. Prep was the leanest I've ever been and I didn't feel like death.
Zoom sessions during naptime. Patrick programmed around infant chaos. Down 25 lbs at 8 months postpartum, and my back stopped hurting.
I don't want to compete, I don't want to be shredded, I just want to feel good at 42. Patrick got that. Programs me like a normal human.
Started Zoom with Patrick during COVID. Never met him in person but we've been at it for 4 years now. He's the reason my knees don't hurt and my resting heart rate dropped from 78 to 54.
started with pat at renegade back in 2018, my lower back was so jacked up i could barely tie my shoes without wincing. he had me pulling deadlifts again in like 8 weeks, no joke. still hits me up over zoom now that hes doing the wolv thing full time.
did the postpartum comeback thing with pat over zoom after my second was born. down 22 lbs in 4 months and my core actually works again lol. he never once used mommy makeover language which honestly meant everything. just real programming, real check ins.
trained with pat when he was a kid at fabulous fitness in NK, back when eddie was still running the place. he was already better than half the older trainers there at like 19. wild to watch him build wolv now. still text him for advice, still get replies.
met pat at planet fitness warwick like a decade ago and hes the reason im still lifting at 47. squat went from 135 to 315 over 3 years, no shortcuts. most trainers just count your reps for you, pat actually teaches. dude changed my relationship with the gym.
saw pat at dnamis in 2020 for chronic fatigue and some pretty bad gut stuff. he did the fitness side plus put me on some herbs the doc approved. off my nexium after 6 months, for real. i cry about it sometimes... changed my whole life.
pat coached me for the newport half in 2024 outta trilogy. shaved 11 minutes off my time and didnt blow out my knees like everyone said i would. he actually programs for endurance, not just bro splits with a cardio finisher tacked on. legit knows his stuff.
did 12 weeks with pat over zoom before my wedding last spring. lost 18 lbs and felt like myself in the dress. he built the whole plan around my work travel instead of handing me a cookie cutter pdf like the last coach i had. tbh worth every dollar.
worked with pat at perfectly fit in EG back in 2013, was rehabbing a shoulder surgery and pretty scared to lift again. he built me back one piece at a time, super patient about it. im 58 now and still knocking out pull ups. all credit to him honestly.
BEST TRAINER I EVER HAD, HANDS DOWN! I FOUND PATRICK AT RENEGADE IN 2018 AND NEVER LOOKED BACK. LOST 32 POUNDS IN FIVE MONTHS AND MY DEADLIFT WENT FROM 155 TO 285. HE MAKES YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN DO STUFF YOU THOUGHT WAS OFF LIMITS!!
PATRICK GOT ME UNDER 12% BODY FAT FOR MY WEDDING IN AUGUST! WE STARTED ON ZOOM IN JANUARY, THREE CALLS A WEEK, HE BUILT THE MEAL PLAN AND THE LIFT SPLIT AND I JUST FOLLOWED IT. MY FIANCEE CRIED WHEN SHE SAW THE SUIT FITTING PHOTOS. THIS GUY IS THE REAL DEAL!
TRAINED WITH PATRICK AT PLANET FITNESS WARWICK BACK IN 2015 WHEN I WAS 47 AND HATED MY BODY! DROPPED 40 POUNDS, GOT OFF METFORMIN, AND MY DOCTOR ASKED WHAT I WAS DOING. I TOLD HIM PATRICK KANE! STILL FOLLOW HIS PROGRAMMING TO THIS DAY!!!
YO PATRICK IS A BEAST!! MET HIM AT FABULOUS FITNESS WHEN I WAS 16 TRYING TO PUT ON SIZE FOR HOCKEY. WENT FROM 145 TO 180 IN A YEAR AND A HALF, ALL CLEAN WEIGHT. BENCH WENT FROM 135 TO 245. DUDE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND HE DOES NOT LET YOU HALF ASS ANYTHING!
I WAS A MESS WHEN I WALKED INTO DNAMIS IN 2019! CHRONIC BACK PAIN, 60 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT, ON THREE PRESCRIPTIONS. PATRICK BUILT ME A PROTOCOL WITH LIFTS, WALKS, AND HERBS FROM THE CLINIC. TWO YEARS LATER I WAS OFF EVERY MED AND SQUATTING BODYWEIGHT. HE SAVED MY LIFE. NOT EXAGGERATING!!
POSTPARTUM WITH BABY #2 AND FEELING LIKE A STRANGER IN MY OWN BODY! FOUND PATRICK ON ZOOM THROUGH A FRIEND. TWELVE WEEKS LATER MY CORE WAS BACK, I WAS SLEEPING BETTER, AND MY HUSBAND SAID I SEEMED LIKE ME AGAIN. HE ACTUALLY LISTENS AND ADJUSTS AS YOU GO. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
PERFECTLY FIT 2013!!! I WAS 22, BROKE, AND WANTED TO COMPETE IN MY FIRST BODYBUILDING SHOW. PATRICK COACHED ME FOR 16 WEEKS AND I TOOK SECOND IN MY CLASS. HE TREATS EVERY CLIENT LIKE THEIR GOAL IS HIS GOAL. NO CORPORATE GYM ENERGY, JUST WORK. MISS THOSE 5AM SESSIONS!
TRILOGY 2024 AND I WAS 58 YEARS OLD THINKING MY BEST DAYS WERE BEHIND ME! PATRICK PROVED ME WRONG. FIRST PULL UP IN 30 YEARS, DEADLIFT AT 225, DOWN 22 POUNDS. HE MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE AND THEN PUSHES YOU FURTHER THAN YOU THOUGHT POSSIBLE. GO TRAIN WITH THIS MAN!!!
ok so patrick has been my trainer since like 2019 and i literally cannot imagine my life without this man in it. started at renegade when i was going through my divorce and he just... got it. never pushed me to talk about it but always knew when i needed a harder workout to shut my brain up 🙌 five years later i'm stronger physically AND mentally. he's family at this point no joke.
yo pat is the real deal. met him at planet fitness in warwick back in 2015 when i was 260 and hated gyms. he never made me feel like an idiot for not knowing what a deadlift was haha. down 70 lbs, deadlifting 405, and my wife thinks it's a personality transplant. seriously though the man changed my whole outlook 💪
not gonna lie i was skeptical about doing training over zoom. thought it would feel weird and disconnected. NOPE. patrick makes it feel like he's right there in my garage with me. we've been going 8 months and he texts me on rest days just to check in on how work is going and how the kids are. who does that?? 🥲 finally hit a bodyweight bench and cried a little.
i met patrick when i was pregnant with #2 and postpartum was kicking my ass. found him through a friend who trained at trilogy. he programmed around my c section recovery, never once made me feel like i had to bounce back on any timeline but my own. now i'm chasing a 200lb squat and my toddler around the house without dying ❤️ this man is a gem.
patrick trained me at dnamis around 2020 when my doc sent me over for prediabetes and honestly a whole mess of stuff. he didn't just hand me a workout, he sat with me and talked about food, sleep, all of it. off metformin for 3 years now. my endocrinologist asked what i was doing and i just laughed like... a guy at a wellness practice in providence changed my whole life 👊
yes yes yes patrick is the best. did his 8 week wedding prep over zoom last spring and looked like a whole different person on my wedding day. more importantly i felt confident in my dress for the first time in my adult life. he checked in the morning of the ceremony to hype me up... who does that lol. book him. don't overthink it 🔥
trained with pat at fabulous fitness back in like 2012 when i was 17 and skinny as hell trying to play college hockey. dude taught me how to actually eat and lift, not just throw weight around. still text him for advice 14 years later. that should tell you everything you need to know. real one 👊
found patrick on zoom right before my mom got sick and started chemo. i told him upfront i couldn't commit to a hardcore program while caregiving and he was like cool, we'll meet you where you are. some weeks i just needed 20 minutes and someone who wasn't asking about my mom. he'd talk about coffee or his dogs or whatever i needed. lost her last fall and he checked in every single week 🥲 not a trainer. a whole human being.
Came in for chronic neck pain and low energy back in 2020. Was seeing the chiro weekly and Patrick was the one running intake. He noticed my sleep was garbage and my cortisol pattern was flipped, so he put me on ashwagandha at night and had me lifting three days a week at the office setup. Six months later my BP dropped from 142/90 to 118/76 and I was sleeping through the night. He connects dots most people miss.
I went to Dynamis for acupuncture and Patrick was the guy at the front doing my vitals. Started chatting about my thyroid, I was on 75mcg of levo and still exhausted. He walked me through what I was eating, got me on reishi and a real protein target (I was barely hitting 60g), and had me doing kettlebell work twice a week. My TSH came back into range within four months and I dropped 14 lbs. Way more attentive than my actual PCP was, honestly.
Original reason I came in was migraines. Massage therapist there was helping but Patrick pulled me aside one visit and asked about my magnesium, said I was showing every deficiency sign in the book. Put me on magnesium glycinate at night, cleaned up my sleep hygiene, and got me walking 8k steps a day plus two strength sessions. Migraines went from 3-4 a week to maybe one a month. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, he just paid attention.
My gut was a mess in 2019, bloated every night, kept getting told it was IBS and to take fiber. Patrick spent like 40 minutes with me on my second visit going through everything I ate. Pulled dairy and gluten for 8 weeks, added a rotation of bitters and slippery elm, and had me lifting to fix my posture. Within two months I could eat dinner without unbuttoning my jeans. He treated me like a person, not a chart.
I'm a nurse, so I don't trust people easily with health stuff. Came in for lower back that had been jacked up since a car accident in 2016. Patrick was working as the MA but clearly knew more than the title suggested. Programmed me a hinge-focused lift plan I could do at the clinic, taught me how to actually brace, and had me on turmeric plus fish oil at real doses. Pain went from a daily 6 to a 1-2 that only shows up if I skip training. Been referring coworkers to him ever since.
Hormones were all over the place after my second kid, was 38 and felt 60. Doc at Dynamis was going to put me on something but Patrick asked to try three months first. Ashwagandha, better sleep window, protein at every meal, and a strength routine at home three days a week. My periods regulated, mood came back, dropped 11 lbs of the baby weight I couldn't touch. That was 2021 and I still follow the same framework.
Went in for shoulder pain, 55 years old, thought I was done lifting. Patrick was the one taking my history and he asked why I stopped training. By the end of the visit he had me set up on a rehab plan built around scap work and got me on a joint stack he actually explained the mechanisms for. Six months later I was pressing 60lb dumbbells overhead again. My cardiologist noticed my resting HR dropped 12 points too. Real ones know.
I came in for chronic fatigue, was napping every afternoon at 32 years old. Patrick ran through my labs with me while I waited for my acupuncturist and pointed out my ferritin was 14 and nobody had flagged it. Got me on the right iron form so I wasn't wrecked by it, added B-complex and reishi, and had me walking every morning before caffeine. Within 10 weeks I was working out again for the first time in years. He literally changed my life and I don't say that lightly.
Started with Patrick at Trilogy in the fall of 2023 after my knee replacement. I was 61, terrified of squatting again, convinced I'd never move without pain. He built me back up slowly, no ego lifts, just patient programming. Fourteen months later I'm leg pressing 300 and hiking Lincoln Woods with my grandkids. He runs that gym like he actually cares who walks through the door.
Patrick was the director of ops at Trilogy when I signed up and honestly the reason I stayed. Down 42 pounds over 11 months, deadlift went from a shaky 135 to a clean 275, and my resting heart rate dropped into the 50s for the first time since college. He doesn't do fluff. Shows up, tells you what you need to hear, programs the work, checks the numbers.
I trained with Pat at Trilogy for about two years before he went full time on WOLV. Postpartum after baby #2 was rough, I couldn't do a single pushup and my back was constantly locked up. He rebuilt my core from the floor. By month 8 I was doing pullups. Pullups! I never did those in my life. He knows what he's talking about and doesn't waste your session.
best trainer i've had and i've had like six of them lol. found trilogy in 2022, patrick was running the place, signed up for 2x a week and stuck with it. lost 28 lbs, sleeping through the night for the first time in years, and my bloodwork came back cleaner than it's been since my 30s. dude is the real deal, no theatrics.
trained with pat at trilogy from summer 23 til he stepped away for wolv. squat pr went 185 to 315 in like 14 months. energy is nuts now, actually get out of bed before the alarm which never happened before. he ran that gym tight, always knew every member's name, always had a plan. can't say enough good things honestly.
PATRICK CHANGED MY LIFE!!! Signed up at Trilogy at 54 years old, 60 lbs overweight, on three blood pressure meds. Eighteen months later I'm off two of them, down 47 lbs, and my cardiologist literally asked what I was doing differently! He was running the gym at the time and made me feel like I belonged there from day one. Cannot recommend enough!!
Best coach in Rhode Island, hands down!! Trained with Pat at Trilogy for the year leading up to my wedding in 2024 and I've never looked or felt better!! Down two dress sizes, actually enjoy lifting weights now, and my anxiety is a fraction of what it used to be. He was the director there and it showed, the whole place had a serious but welcoming energy. Miss having him in the gym every week!
Bench 135 to 245 in 10 months at Trilogy under Pat. That's it. That's the review.
Best trainer I've ever had. Full stop. Should've hired him five years ago.
changed my body. no joke. down 22 lbs and I actually eat now.
10/10 WOULD BOOK AGAIN. Deadlift went from 135 to 315 in 8 months.
Fixed my shoulder in three sessions after my PT gave up on me. Wild.
actually listens. doesn't count reps on his phone. rare.
Coached me through my whole cut for the wedding. Fit into the dress. Cried.
No BS. No fluff programs. Just works. Off two blood pressure meds now.
postpartum #2 and he met me exactly where I was. no shame, all progress.
I was in a really dark place back in 2019. Not eating, drinking way too much, and honestly some days I did not want to be here anymore. A buddy dragged me into Renegade and Patrick was the trainer they stuck me with, and he never once made me feel like a charity case. He just kept showing up and quietly expected me to show up back. Six years later I still text him when things get heavy. He saved my life without ever calling it that.
My son Danny was 15 and getting bullied hard at school. He wanted to get stronger and I honestly had no idea where to start with a teenage boy. Patrick took him on at Trilogy for a full summer and treated him like a real athlete, not some scrawny kid to baby. Danny put on 18 pounds, made varsity soccer that fall, and started walking taller in every sense of the word. I have three other kids and all of them ask when they get their turn.
Signed my divorce papers in March 2022 and looked in the mirror a week later. 47 years old, 238 pounds, two kids who only saw me every other weekend. Patrick and I did Zoom sessions three times a week for four months, mostly programming and check-ins but also just... talking through the wreckage. I dropped 41 pounds by Christmas and my kids started asking to stay over more. You cannot put a price on that.
I was diagnosed with lupus in 2020 and by the next year I could barely walk up my stairs without stopping to catch my breath. A friend from church sent me to Dynamis and Patrick was the first person in a medical setting who actually listened to me. He built a program that worked around the flares instead of pretending they were not happening, and he taught me to stop apologizing for going slow. Three years later I hiked the Presidential Range with my husband. I still cry thinking about how far I came.
Tore my ACL and meniscus my junior year at URI playing lacrosse and pretty much stopped lifting for six years after that. Ran into Patrick at Trilogy in 2023 and mentioned I wanted to get back but did not trust my left knee anymore. He built me from bodyweight squats up to a 315 back squat in about ten months, and never let me skip the boring rehab work no matter how much I whined about it. I feel more athletic at 29 than I did at 21. He knows how to coach a body that has been broken and put back together.
I am a fifth grade teacher and I used almost my entire tax refund on Patrick's 8-week program in February 2025. My husband thought I had lost my mind. Eight weeks later I was down 14 pounds, cooking real food for my family for the first time in probably three years, and genuinely happier than I had been since before my daughter was born. It is the single best thing I have ever spent money on, and I do not say that lightly on a teacher's salary. My husband signed up in June.

Why Me. Why This Works.
I'm Patrick Kane, founder of WOLV. Fifteen years in this. Trained clients at multiple Rhode Island gyms, ran the operations of a multi-provider integrative medical clinic (chiro, acupuncture, massage) in Providence, ran the floor at a full-modality wellness location (Restore Hyper Wellness), and most recently ran Trilogy Mind Body & Science in North Kingstown, a modality-plus-fitness build I helped scale from launch. B.S. Human Biology. B.S. Holistic Health. Currently at University of Western States pursuing degrees in Functional Medicine and Integrative Nutrition while operating WOLV. Certified Personal Trainer, CPR + BLS. Always studying.
But here's the part that matters more than the paper: I live this. I run every WOLV product through my own body and build personalized stacks for whatever I'm chasing that season. Cutting, building, recovering, sleeping deeper, thinking clearer. Every stack I build for someone else, I've already run some version of on me first. I've spent years inside the supplement and herb world, reading independent research, testing protocols, watching what actually moves the needle versus what just sells well on Instagram.
WOLV exists because I got tired of watching people waste money on bottles that don't work, dosed wrong, stacked wrong, sold by people who've never opened the bottle. On this call, you don't get a sales rep. You get a coach with two degrees in this exact field, a decade of hands-on experience, and zero patience for fluff.
