How do I figure out my ring size?
Order the ring and we ship a free sizer kit first, at no cost to you (sizer goes out in 1 to 2 business days). Wear it for 24 hours. Fingers swell overnight and in workouts, so live with it a full day. We email you a "confirm your size" link once the sizer lands. Confirm the size, and your ring ships within 1 to 2 business days. No charge for the sizer, no charge for resizing.
When will my ring ship?
Sizer ships in 1 to 2 business days. Ring ships within 1 to 2 business days after you confirm your size. Every ring runs a two-pass QC (fit, finish, sensor function, battery), gets hand-engraved if you added an inscription, packed in WOLV packaging, and ships USPS Priority. Every ring goes through our hands before it goes to yours.
Water resistance?
Rated to 50 meters. Shower, swim, sauna (within reason). Not rated for high-pressure diving.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days per charge. Charges in about 60 to 90 minutes on the included cradle.
What does the ring track?
Sleep stages (Deep, Light, REM), HRV, resting HR, body temp, SpO2, VO2 max, stress, steps, and 24/7 activity. Cycle phase for those who want it (private by default). Everything the ring reads feeds your Vitals score in the app.
What's the 1-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, sensor failure, battery failure, and finish issues within 12 months of your order date. We replace it. Doesn't cover lost rings, intentional damage, or fashion regrets. Email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number and a photo to start a claim.
Does the ring work without a subscription?
Yes. Zero subscription, ever. Buy the ring once. The WOLV App is included free for life with the Ring (a $79/year value). No paywall, no throttling, no monthly bill.
How does WOLV compare to Oura and Whoop?
Honest breakdown. Oura Ring 4: $349 + $72/year subscription = $421 year one. WOLV Ring: $199 sale / $249 retail, app included for life. Whoop: $239/year subscription, you never own the hardware. By year three you've saved $300+ vs Oura, and Whoop cancels its own hardware when you stop paying. What is the Vitals score?
Vitals is your daily 0-100 score. Every workout, meal, sleep, HRV read, meditation, journal entry, pack check-in, and product scan feeds one number. High = push. Low = recover. It's the whole system in one glance.
Do I need the ring to use the app?
No. The app is free right now for everyone. It works standalone with manual logging (voice or text). The ring adds the biometric layer (sleep, HRV, temp, recovery) that Vitals can't get any other way.
How much does the app cost?
Free right now. Ring owners always included. No card required. No trial. No gotcha.
iPhone or Android?
iOS today. Save-to-home-screen PWA works on any modern phone. Android coming soon.
Is cycle tracking private?
Yes. Female-only feature, private by default. Data stays in your account. Nothing shared to the Pack unless you turn it on. Ring temp shift confirms ovulation within ~3 nights. No monthly add-on cost.
What is Wolfy AI?
Voice-first coach fed by your data. Ask anything · "how am I recovered?", "what should I eat?", "why is my HRV low?". Wolfy answers with your actual numbers, not generic advice. Meal-logging works by photo or voice too.
What is the Product Scanner?
Point at any label. Supplement bottle, food package, ingredient list. And the WOLV Standard grades it A to F in about 4 seconds. Real ingredients, real doses, real transparency vs junk fillers and prop blends.
What are Pack Points and XP?
Complete challenges (30-day standards, morning momentum streaks, no-alcohol runs) to earn Pack Points and XP. Climb the ranks. The Pack sees who shows up. Not a vanity metric. Actual proof-of-work.

How fast will I feel it?
Most of the Pack notices something in the first few days. Dream Fuel works night one. Aware Wolf and Afterhours land same-day. Instinct, Equilibrium, and Vitalis build over the first couple of weeks as levels come up. Either way you are covered: run any product for 30 days, and if it is not working we refund you and you keep the bottle.
Do you use proprietary blends?
No. Every ingredient printed at its exact dose on the label. No hidden ratios, no sprinkle doses hiding behind a "proprietary formula" label. If it's in the bottle, you see how much.
Are doses clinical?
Yes. Every active ingredient dosed at the amount studied to work. Not the cheap-out sprinkle amount most brands ship. Full dose per serving, printed on the panel.
Where are they made?
Manufactured in the US in a GMP-compliant facility. Small-batch. Third-party lab tested every batch. COAs available for every SKU.
Any fillers or additives?
No silicon dioxide. No magnesium stearate. Approved flow agent is Nu-Flow (organic rice hulls). Every "other ingredient" printed on the label. If a carrier is required for a plant extract (e.g. maltodextrin for a spray-dried extract), it's disclosed.
Are they third-party tested?

Is the coffee USDA Organic?
Yes. USDA Organic certified by Americert International. Not "organic-style" or "natural". The full USDA seal, verified by third-party audit. No pesticides. No mycotoxins. No mystery sourcing.
Where are the beans from?
Ascend is a three-origin blend: India, Colombia, and Indonesia. Shade-grown at high altitudes ("Grown Above the Clouds"). Traceable to the farms.
What roast level?
Medium-Dark. Vibrant, bold, uncompromising. Not burned, not bitter.
How fresh is it?
Small-batch roasted, packed at our USDA Organic-certified facility, sealed in oxygen-barrier pouches with degassing valve. Never broken between roast and seal.
Whole bean or pre-ground?
Both. Every coffee ships in your choice of Whole Bean or Pre-Ground on the PDP. Prices match either way.

Tea

Sourced from USDA Organic herb suppliers. Blended in small batches. Real doses, real benefits, no fillers.
Is WOLV tea USDA Organic?
The herbs we source are USDA Organic. The finished tea blends themselves are not USDA-certified. That's the honest version. A lot of "organic tea" brands blur this line and we won't. The plants are certified organic. Our blending facility isn't USDA-audited (yet), so we can't put the USDA seal on the finished blend.
What teas do you make?
Fit-Life, Guards-Up, Lets-Unwind, Rise-N-Grind. Each is a purpose-blended herbal formula. Full lineup at /collections/wolv-teas.
Loose leaf or tea bags?
Depends on the SKU. Details are on each PDP.
Caffeine content?
Depends on the blend. Rise-N-Grind is caffeinated (green tea base). Lets-Unwind is caffeine-free. Fit-Life and Guards-Up are herbal-forward with minimal to no caffeine. Each PDP lists the profile.

What sizes do you carry?
Adult XS through 3XL depending on the piece. Kids' apparel (Little WOLV) sized separately. Size chart is on every product page.
Print or embroidery?
Depends on the item. Some are printed, some embroidered, some both. Joggers are embroidered only (not printed). Each product page lists the print method.
Ethical sourcing?
Where possible, OEKO-TEX certified fabric. Manufactured by partner shops we vet. We name the shop on each PDP.
How long does apparel take to ship?
Apparel is made to order. Every piece goes into a production queue when you order it. Typical turnaround is 1-2 weeks from order to ship, longer for custom-embroidered items (like the wolf customizer).
Will my apparel order all ship together?
Not always. Each piece is made to order and goes into its own queue. If you order a sweatshirt and joggers and the joggers finish first, we ship them the minute they're done rather than making you wait on the sweatshirt. Sometimes both pieces finish together and ship in one box. Either way, every shipment gets its own tracking email.
Can I return apparel?
Standard 30-day guarantee applies. Email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number. Note: custom-embroidered pieces (wolf customizer, personalized) can't be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect, since they're made specifically for you.

How fast does my order ship?
Coffee, tea, supplements: 1-3 business days to leave our packhouse, then 3-5 days USPS Priority.
Ring: sizer in 1-2 business days, ring in 1-2 business days after you confirm your size.
Apparel: made to order, 1-2 weeks typical turnaround (custom-embroidered pieces longer). Each item ships as it finishes. An order with multiple pieces may arrive in separate shipments.
What's your return policy?
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Keep the Bottle. No Questions. Try any WOLV product for 30 days. If it doesn't work for you, email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number. We refund the purchase price. You keep or discard the product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 60 minutes of placing it. Email support@thewolvlife.com ASAP with your order number. After 60 min, most orders are in prep and can't be changed. Once shipped, use the return policy above.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, most countries. Rates + duties calculated at checkout. Ring ships internationally too (sizer goes with it). Some supplement countries restrict certain ingredients. Checkout will flag if a SKU can't ship to your address.
Where's my tracking?
Emailed the moment your label prints. If you didn't get it, check spam or reply to your order confirmation email. Support: support@thewolvlife.com.

How do I become an ambassador?
Apply at /pages/pack. If accepted, you get 20% off for as long as you're in the Pack, plus a personal 10% code your followers can use (and you earn commission on their orders).
Do followers get a discount?
Yes. When they use an ambassador code, they get 15% off and the ambassador earns commission.
Do ambassadors get the app?
Yes. The app is free right now for everyone, and ambassadors are locked in. Also included: early access to drops, direct feedback loop, and Pack-only rituals.

Where does the 1% go?
Rotating quarterly campaigns. Recent ones have funded farmer bonuses at our origin farms, reforestation in coffee-growing regions, and clean-water projects. Every dollar tracked; every campaign published with receipts.
Can I see where my slice went?
Yes. Ring owners see the impact ledger in the app under Pack > Impact. Non-app customers can see the current campaign at any time via the site.

How do I sign in?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout. We send a one-time code to that email. No password to remember. Sign in at /account.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Sign in at /account → Subscriptions. Skip, pause, swap flavors/frequency, or cancel any time. No hoops, no phone call required.
How do I delete my account or data?
Request at /pages/delete-account or email support@thewolvlife.com with subject "Delete my account". We honor the request within 30 days per privacy policy.
Where's my invoice / receipt?
Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Also viewable in your account under Orders. Need a formatted invoice? Email support@thewolvlife.com.
