How we ship, when you'll get it, and what to do if something goes sideways.

Where we ship

United States only via USPS Priority. We're working on international, not there yet.

Free shipping threshold

Free shipping on US orders over $99 USD (before tax). Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Processing times

• Coffee, tea, supplements: Ships within 1-3 business days of order.
• Apparel: Made-to-order (printed or embroidered on demand). Ships within 5-7 business days of order.
• WOLV Ring: Made-to-order. Standard fulfillment is 6-8 business days from order to your door, which includes supplier sourcing, two-pass quality control, optional engraving, and outbound shipping.
• Gift cards: Delivered by email within minutes.

Delivery times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your location. Tracking number is emailed when your package leaves our packhouse.

Free sizing kit for Ring orders

If you're not sure about your Ring size, email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number and we'll ship a complimentary sizing kit before fulfilling your Ring. Wear the sample size for 24 hours (especially overnight, fingers swell). Confirm your size and we'll ship the real Ring. No charge for the kit, no charge for resizing.

Address issues

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it after ordering, email support immediately. we can change it before the order ships, but not after.

Carrier delays and lost packages

Title and risk of loss transfer when the carrier accepts the package. We're not liable for carrier delays, but if your tracking says delivered and the package didn't arrive, email support@thewolvlife.com within 7 days and we'll work it out with you.

Damaged on arrival

Email support@thewolvlife.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace or refund.
