We stand by everything we make. Read the rules below before you order so there are no surprises. For broader contract terms, see our Terms of Service.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any consumable WOLV product (coffee, tea, supplements), return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened bags are fine. We'd rather you find what works than keep your money.
How to start a return
Email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number and a brief reason. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive the return (or approve a no-return refund for opened consumables), your refund posts to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
WOLV Ring returns
Unworn, non-engraved Rings may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Engraved Rings are non-returnable unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or our error, in which case we'll replace the Ring at no charge. See Terms of Service §7A for the full warranty terms (12 months on hardware).
Subscription orders (Subscribe & Save)
Subscription orders that have already shipped are non-refundable, but you can cancel future shipments anytime from your account or by emailing support. We'll always email you a reminder before each renewal with one-click skip/cancel.
WOLV App subscription refunds
Paid WOLV App subscriptions ($9.99/month or $79/year) include a 14-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. After the trial, the current billing period is non-refundable but cancellation stops future charges. Annual plans are not pro-rated.
Apparel
Custom-printed and embroidered apparel is made to order. We accept returns or exchanges only for defects or sizing issues within 30 days. Wash-related damage, normal wear, or "didn't fit my vibe" returns can't be accepted.
What we can't refund
- Engraved Rings (except defects or our error)
- Apparel that's been worn, washed, or damaged outside our control
- Already-completed 1:1 Call sessions
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged on arrival or wrong item
Email support@thewolvlife.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you. your call.
