These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “Customer,” “User”) and WOLV LLC (“WOLV,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Rhode Island limited liability company, governing your use of thewolvlife.com, the WOLV app at app.thewolvlife.com, any related services, and your purchase of products and subscriptions from us (the “Services”).
By using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not prohibited from receiving the Services under U.S. law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
If you are between 16 and 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
Certain products (caffeine-containing supplements, recovery/night-out formulas like AFTERHOURS) are intended for adults and not recommended for pregnant or nursing women or anyone under medical care without first consulting a physician.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, for all activity on your account, and for keeping contact and payment information current. Notify us at support@thewolvlife.com immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by stolen or shared credentials.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
We try to make product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but typographical errors do occur. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to:
- Correct pricing or descriptive errors;
- Limit order quantities;
- Refuse or cancel any order if a pricing or product error is detected (we will refund any charge in full);
- Discontinue any product at any time.
Colors and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. Net weights are stated on each product page and on the label.
4. Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Your order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we charge your payment method and dispatch a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders we believe are placed for resale or in violation of these Terms.
You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total of your order including taxes, shipping, and any applicable subscription renewals.
5. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
Some products are available on a recurring delivery plan (typically every 2 or 4 weeks) at a 15% discount. By starting a subscription, you authorize WOLV (through our subscription provider, Appstle) to automatically charge your payment method and ship the selected products at the cadence you choose, until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime through your account or by emailing support@thewolvlife.com.
- If you cancel after a renewal order has already been processed and shipped, that order is non-refundable but no further charges will occur.
- We’ll email you a reminder before each renewal that includes a one-click link to modify, skip, or cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause the subscription; recurring discount eligibility may end if payment cannot be collected.
- Pricing for renewals reflects the price in effect at the time of renewal; we will give at least 14 days’ notice of any price change to active subscribers via email.
5A. WOLV App access
The WOLV app (mobile and web) is offered under three access tiers. These tiers replace any earlier "free forever" beta language for new sign-ups.
- Lifetime access. Included free with every WOLV Ring purchase. Access is tied to your WOLV account when the order email matches; lifetime access is non-transferable.
- One-year access. Included free with any qualifying bundle purchase of $100 USD or more containing two or more products. Access begins on the order date and expires 12 months later. You may renew by purchasing another qualifying bundle, buying a Ring, or moving to a paid subscription.
- Paid subscription access. Available at $9.99 USD per month or $79 USD per year, charged via our payment processor (Stripe). New paid subscribers receive a 14-day free trial; cancel during the trial and you will not be charged. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Pricing may change with at least 14 days’ email notice to active subscribers.
App access tiers are not transferable. Sharing or reselling access codes is a violation of these Terms and may result in revocation of access. The WOLV app is provided subject to the same disclaimers as Section 10 (Not medical advice).
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies on orders over $99 before tax. Shipping times are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the package. See our Shipping Policy for more detail.
7. Returns and refunds
We stand by everything we make. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for the full process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt of the return or of our approval, depending on your bank.
7A. WOLV Ring (made-to-order specifics)
The WOLV Ring is a made-to-order product. After you place your order, we order the ring from our supplier, receive it at our packhouse, run a two-pass quality check (fit, finish, sensor function, battery), engrave it with your chosen inscription if any, and ship it via USPS Priority. Standard fulfillment time is 6 to 8 business days from order placement to delivery. We will ship a free sizing kit on request before final fulfillment.
Returns. Unworn, non-engraved Rings may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Engraved Rings are non-returnable unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or an error by us, in which case we will replace the Ring at no charge.
Warranty. We warrant the Ring against manufacturing defects, sensor failure, battery failure, and finish issues for 12 months from the order date. To start a claim, email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. The warranty does not cover loss, intentional damage, accidental damage from misuse, or normal wear after 12 months.
8. Health and wellness disclaimer (READ THIS)
WOLV products including coffee, tea, supplements, and the content delivered through the WOLV app and the Vault are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information we share is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before:
- Starting or changing any supplement or nutrition program;
- Beginning a new exercise routine;
- Using any product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or have any pre-existing health condition;
- Giving any product to a minor.
Discontinue use and consult a physician if any adverse reaction occurs. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any WOLV product or content is appropriate for you.
9. FDA disclaimer (supplements)
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Individual results vary. Statements about specific ingredients reflect published peer-reviewed research and are not guarantees of outcome.
10. Not medical advice (WOLV app, Vault, 1:1 Calls)
The WOLV app (including the Standard Score, Recovery Score, cycle tracking, nutrition logging, sleep tracking, supplement reminders, Daily Howl audio, and Vault protocols), and any 1:1 WOLV Call with Patrick Kane or any team member, provide general wellness content. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional, pharmacological, or diagnostic services. The Standard Score is a self-reported wellness metric, not a clinical measure. Cycle tracking is informational and not a contraceptive method.
11. Wearable and third-party health integrations
The WOLV app allows you to optionally connect third-party wearable devices and health platforms, including but not limited to WHOOP and Oura. Connecting one of these accounts is voluntary and authorized by you through the provider’s OAuth flow.
- You are responsible for maintaining a valid account with the provider and for that provider’s subscription costs.
- Your use of WHOOP, Oura, or any other integrated service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
- We pull data via the provider’s public API only with the scopes you grant; we do not access anything you have not approved.
- You can disconnect any integration at any time in Settings > Integrations or in the provider’s own dashboard.
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy of data provided by these devices, the continuous availability of any third-party API, or the validity of any provider’s scoring algorithm (e.g., recovery, readiness, strain). Recommendations the WOLV app makes based on this data are general wellness guidance, not medical advice (see Section 10).
- If a provider’s API changes, deprecates, or restricts access, we may modify or remove the corresponding integration at any time without notice.
12. License to use the Services and the WOLV app
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Services;
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically collect data from the Services;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services;
- Use the Services to build or train a competing product or model;
- Bypass any access controls, rate limits, or security mechanisms.
The WOLV app is provided as a progressive web app (PWA) installable to your device home screen. Use is governed by these Terms; underlying technology (e.g., Firebase, Supabase, Google Gemini, Vercel, your browser) has its own terms.
13. Account features and Pack Points
The WOLV app includes social and gamified features, including Pack Points, streaks, rankings, challenges, badges, and a community feed.
- Pack Points have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated for violations.
- Earning rules, redemption catalogs, and tier thresholds may change with reasonable notice.
- We reserve the right to adjust, void, or claw back points obtained through fraud, abuse, returns of qualifying orders, or violations of these Terms.
- Beta member benefits (including legacy free access) are tied to active accounts in good standing; abuse or transfer of beta access may result in termination of that status.
14. User content
By submitting reviews, photos, comments, app posts, or other content (“User Content”), you grant WOLV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display that content in connection with our marketing and the Services. You represent that:
- You own or have all necessary rights to the content;
- The content does not violate the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, or IP rights;
- The content is truthful, not misleading, and complies with FTC endorsement guidelines (you must disclose any material connection to WOLV);
- The content is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion.
15. Reviews and incentives
We may offer a small reward (e.g., a $10 credit) for verified reviews. Reviews must be honest, your own opinion, and not manipulated. You must disclose receipt of the reward if requested by the FTC.
16. Promotions, codes, and the Pack Launch Sale
- Discount codes (e.g., PACK10) and promotions are valid only for the period stated, on eligible products, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly noted.
- One code per order unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse codes (stacking, sharing personal codes, etc.) and to terminate accounts engaged in abuse.
- The “Pack Launch Sale” is a limited-time event whose dates and amounts are listed on the relevant marketing surfaces.
17. Ambassadors, affiliates, and the Inner Circle
If you participate in an ambassador, affiliate, or Inner Circle program, separate terms (signed at enrollment) govern that relationship. In the absence of a signed agreement, these Terms apply, and you agree not to make any unauthorized claim about WOLV, our products, or your relationship with us.
18. Intellectual property
All content on the Services — logos, marks, product names (WOLV, ASCEND, SUBZERO, ECLIPSE, SOLERA, NECTAR, AWAKEN, AWARE WOLF, ACTIVATED, AFTERGROW, AFTERHOURS, AFTERHOURS, EQUILIBRIUM, INSTINCT, VITALIS, CR3ATINE, BEYOND EAAS, DREAM FUEL, ANXI-AT-EASE, LET’S UNWIND, FIT-LIFE, GUARDS-UP, GUT-GURU, TEATOX, RISE N GRIND), copy, photography, illustrations, design system, app interface and code — are owned by WOLV or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.
You may not use any WOLV trademark or copyrighted material without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use for genuine reviews and editorial purposes.
18A. DMCA takedown policy
WOLV respects intellectual property rights. To report allegedly infringing content, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

Notices must include:
- (a) identification of the copyrighted work;
- (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears in the app;
- (c) your contact information;
- (d) a good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- (f) your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove verified infringing content and terminate repeat infringers in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
19. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users, our staff, or third parties;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to interfere with the Services;
- Attempt to access another user’s account or any private area of the Services;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse;
- Use any automated means to access, scrape, or interact with the Services;
- Resell our products without an authorized wholesale agreement.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, loss of Pack Points, and may be reported to law enforcement.
20. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (Shopify, Klaviyo, Appstle, Judge.me, Cal.com, Firebase, Supabase, payment processors, shippers). Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and their actions.
21. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES; THAT THE WOLV APP’S RECOMMENDATIONS, SCORES, OR PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE; OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR HEALTH, FITNESS, OR WELLNESS OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USING OUR PRODUCTS OR CONTENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
22. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WOLV, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WOLV’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WOLV IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS; THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WOLV and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; (c) any User Content you submit; (d) your violation of applicable law or any third party’s rights.
24. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@thewolvlife.com.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law) will survive.
25. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 25, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
26. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Most issues can be resolved informally. Before filing a formal claim, please email support@thewolvlife.com with the subject “Dispute Notice” describing your concern. We’ll work in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
Binding arbitration. You and WOLV agree to resolve all disputes by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Providence, Rhode Island. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs this agreement to arbitrate.
Jury trial and class action waiver. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. You and WOLV agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and that neither party may bring a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an action in small claims court, or seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for infringement of intellectual property rights.
Right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@thewolvlife.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.” This will not affect any other part of these Terms.
27. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disruptions, internet or utility outages, governmental action, or supply-chain disruptions.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email (for account holders) or a banner on the website for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
29. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
30. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any signed ambassador or partner agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and WOLV regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
