HOWLTHE TRUTH.
Truth told straight. No script, no saint, no apology. Some conversations are easier with a laugh.
Honest stories, told my way.
I'm not pretending to be a doctor. I'm not pretending to be a guru. I built a brand, watched it grow, watched what was getting into people's bodies under my name, and shut it down before I could lie to myself about it.
Two years dark. Brought everything in-house. WOLV is what came back. This podcast is the long version, the funny version, the version I'd tell you at a bar if you asked the right question.
Some of this is going to be useful. Some of it is going to be a story I should probably keep to myself. I'm telling it anyway.
I'm not here to win the argument. I'm not here to be the loudest voice. I'm here because there's a few things the industry quietly hopes you never ask, and I find it more fun to say them out loud than pretend I don't know.
Subscribe if you want. Don't if you don't. Either way the conversations are happening.
"Some truths are easier with a laugh. Doesn't make them softer."
What you'll hear.
Real conversations about the stuff most people only whisper about. Sometimes serious, sometimes ridiculous, always honest. Stick around for whichever one shows up that week.
The supplement aisle, without the costume.
Why "clinical dose" usually isn't. What "proprietary blend" actually hides. The forms of magnesium, omega-3, and collagen everyone's quietly using because they're cheap. I'll tell you which ones I'd never put in a bottle of mine.
Coffee is dirtier than you think.
Mold, mycotoxins, mystery sourcing, the chain you trust the most. It's funnier than it sounds, mostly because you can fix it with a $20 decision.
What it actually costs to build a brand.
Two years dark. The version I tell my friends, not the version I tell investors. Lessons that cost me money so they don't have to cost you.
The wellness internet, uncomfortably honest.
Who's actually paid to push what. Which "founders" don't own their formulas. Why your favorite influencer's stack works for them and might wreck you. No drama, just observations.
Being a man, without the performance.
Less Andrew Tate, more "I worked out, ate clean, still cried in my car." The stuff that actually compounds. The stuff that doesn't. The opinions other guys are too careful to say out loud.
The conversations most won't have.
Lp(a). Heavy metals. The deal I walked away from. The protocol I'm running on myself this week. The stuff that doesn't fit on a marketing slide.
