Delete Account

Two accounts, two paths. Pick the one that matches what you want to delete.

WOLV keeps two separate accounts:

  • Your WOLV app account at app.thewolvlife.com (biometrics, Pack posts, Standard Score, HealthKit sync, in-app content).
  • Your WOLV website account at thewolvlife.com (orders, subscriptions, saved addresses, email/SMS marketing).

They store different information and can be deleted independently, or together if you want a full wipe.

1. Delete your WOLV app account

Deletes everything WOLV stores about your in-app activity: profile, biometrics, sleep and recovery history, Standard Score history, Pack posts, chat, HealthKit data, uploaded photos, voice notes. Your website account, order history, and subscriptions stay untouched.

In the app:

  1. Open the WOLV app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your app data is queued for deletion within 30 days.

If you can’t open the app (locked out, lost phone, deleted the app), email support@thewolvlife.com with subject line “Delete WOLV App Account” and the email you signed up with. We’ll verify your identity and delete your app data within 30 days.

2. Delete your WOLV website account

Deletes your Shopify-managed customer profile: name, email, phone, saved addresses, saved payment methods, marketing subscription. This does not delete active subscriptions — cancel those first at thewolvlife.com/account.

Shopify customer accounts cannot be self-deleted from the customer portal. Email support@thewolvlife.com with subject line “Delete WOLV Website Account” and the email you signed up with. We’ll verify your identity and process deletion within 30 days.

3. Delete everything (nuclear option)

Deletes both accounts, your Klaviyo email/SMS marketing profile, and any other data WOLV holds on you. Full CCPA-compliant erasure.

Email support@thewolvlife.com with subject line “Delete All WOLV Data (CCPA)” and the email you signed up with. Include any other emails or phone numbers you used with WOLV. We’ll verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we cannot delete (and why)

Some data must be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes even after a deletion request:

  • Order records (line items, amounts, tax records) — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Personal identifiers are redacted; orders show as “Deleted Customer.”
  • Payment dispute records — retained until chargeback and refund windows expire.
  • Fraud prevention records — retained where necessary to prevent recurring fraud or abuse.
  • Backup archives — encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days after deletion until the backup rotation cycles out.

These retention windows are consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and Apple App Store guidelines. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Your other CCPA rights
