Is there a subscription?
No. Ever. The ring is a one-time purchase. The WOLV App is free. Every score, every feature, every Wolfy AI insight ships with the hardware. We're not Oura, we're not Whoop. You pay once, you own it.
How does this compare to Oura?
Honest breakdown. Oura Ring 4: $349 + $72/year subscription = $421 year one, $493 year two, $565 year three. WOLV Ring: $149 founding (first 100) / $249 retail. The WOLV App is included free for life with the Ring (a $79/year value), so your three-year cost is just the Ring. By year three you've saved $300+ vs Oura. How do I figure out my ring size?
Order the ring and we'll ship a free sizing kit first. Wear the sample size for 24 hours (especially overnight, fingers swell). Confirm your size, we ship the real ring. No charge for the kit, no charge for resizing.

Both. Native iOS and Android via Capacitor. Sign in with Apple, Google, or Email. Pairs over Bluetooth 5.0. Save-to-home-screen install on both platforms, push notifications enabled.
What if I already have an Oura, Whoop, or Apple Watch?
Keep wearing it. WOLV pairs with all three. We pull Readiness, Sleep, Activity, SpO₂, Stress, and Workouts from Oura. Workouts and recovery from Whoop. Activity and HR from Apple Watch. Your WOLV Standard Score blends every input.
Battery life and charging?
Up to 7 days on a full charge, depending on use. Wireless ring dock ships in the box, full charge in ~80 minutes. Charge once a week, set and forget.
Water resistance?
Rated to 50m. Shower, swim, sauna (within reason). Not rated for high-pressure diving.
When will my ring ship?
6 to 8 business days from order to your door. Here's the honest workflow: we don't manufacture rings, so when you order, we order from our supplier. The ring lands at our packhouse in ~5 days. Same or next day we run a two-pass QC (fit, finish, sensor function, battery), hand-engrave your inscription if you added one, pack it in WOLV packaging, and ship USPS Priority. No corners cut, no random warehouse forwarding. Every ring goes through our hands before it goes to yours.
What's the 1-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, sensor failure, battery failure, and finish issues within 12 months of your order date. We replace it. Doesn't cover lost rings, intentional damage, or fashion regrets. Email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number and a photo to start a claim.
Returns?
30-day money-back, no questions. If the ring isn't for you, ship it back, full refund. Sizing exchange is always free. Engraved rings are non-returnable unless the issue is a defect or our error.
Where's the ring made? Where's it shipped from?
Titanium body, assembled overseas. Every ring is QC'd, engraved, and fulfilled from our packhouse. Free shipping over $99 in the US.
How is my data protected?
Body data syncs over Bluetooth to the WOLV App on your phone, then to your private WOLV account. No third-party cloud middlemen. You can export or delete everything at any time. Full privacy policy on our terms page.
