Why this exists
I built this ring and this app because nothing else held me to the standard I said I wanted to live at.
Twelve apps. Zero clarity. Oura told me one thing, Whoop told me another. Meals lived in a fourth app. Meditation in a fifth. I've worn every tracker on the market. None of them saw the whole picture. So I built one that does. The ring reads what your body gives off when you're not paying attention. HRV at 4am. Sleep stages. Recovery. Temp shift. How does this compare to Oura?

How do I figure out my ring size?
Order the ring and we ship a free sizer first, at no cost to you (sizer goes out in 1 to 2 business days). Wear it for 24 hours (fingers swell overnight and in workouts, so live with it a full day). We'll email you a "confirm your size" link once the sizer lands. Confirm the size, and your ring ships within 1 to 2 business days. No charge for the sizer, no charge for resizing.

Native iOS and Android today. Any platform can install the PWA from the browser (save-to-home-screen) with push notifications enabled. Sign in with Apple, Google, or Email. Pairs over Bluetooth 5.0.
What if I already have an Oura, Whoop, or Apple Watch?
Keep wearing it. WOLV pairs with all three. We pull Readiness, Sleep, Activity, SpO₂, Stress, and Workouts from Oura. Workouts and recovery from Whoop. Activity and HR from Apple Watch. Your Vitals score blends every input.
Battery life and charging?
Up to 7 days on a full charge, depending on use. Wireless ring dock ships in the box, full charge in ~80 minutes. Charge once a week, set and forget.
Water resistance?
Rated to 50m. Shower, swim, sauna (within reason). Not rated for high-pressure diving.
When will my ring ship?
Sizer ships in 1 to 2 business days. Ring ships within 1 to 2 business days after you confirm your size. Here's the honest workflow: we run a two-pass QC on every ring (fit, finish, sensor function, battery), hand-engrave your inscription if you added one, pack it in WOLV packaging, and ship USPS Priority. No corners cut, no random warehouse forwarding. Every ring goes through our hands before it goes to yours.
What's the 1-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, sensor failure, battery failure, and finish issues within 12 months of your order date. We replace it. Doesn't cover lost rings, intentional damage, or fashion regrets. Email support@thewolvlife.com with your order number and a photo to start a claim.
