Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of WOLV LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and household members of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins August 5, 2026 and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59pm ET. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

How to Enter

Method 1 — Online: Visit thewolvlife.com/pack during the Entry Period and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

Method 2 — Mail-in (Alternate Method of Entry / AMOE): Hand-print your name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 at 11:59pm ET and received by Sponsor no later than seven (7) days after the postmark deadline. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope, per household. Illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: one (1) WOLV Ring, approximate retail value ("ARV") $249 USD. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value). Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Any depiction of the prize is for illustrative purposes only; actual prize may vary.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winner Selection & Notification

The Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding.

The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, within 7 business days of the drawing. If the potential Winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification attempt, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide any required documentation, an alternate Winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes the Winner's consent for Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness, city, state, and voice for future advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor is not required to use any Winner materials.

General Conditions

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Governing Law & Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any entrant or Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and each entrant hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
