How do I choose my size?
The hoodie runs true to size on a standard fit. Size up for a streetwear drape, size down for a tailored feel. Rough guide by chest measurement: S (38 to 41), M (42 to 45), L (46 to 49), XL (50 to 53), 2XL (54 to 57), 3XL (58 to 62). When in doubt, size up. Easier to layer under than to squeeze into.
Printed vs embroidered. What's the difference?
Printed: direct-to-garment ink. Softer hand feel, brighter color reproduction, faster production. Best for larger designs. Embroidered: stitched thread. Premium tactile feel, extremely durable, adds about 3 days production. Both are made to order at our US print partner.
How long does shipping take?
Production: 2 to 5 business days (add ~3 days if you picked embroidered). US shipping: 3 to 7 business days after production. Total: 5 to 12 days from order to doorstep. Tracking hits your inbox the moment it ships. Free shipping on orders over $99.
How does 1% Gives Back actually work?

Returns and exchanges?
Because every piece is made to order, we can't take returns on wrong-size orders. Check the size guide first. If your item arrives defective, wrong print, or wrong item, email support@thewolvlife.com within 30 days and we replace it free. No runaround.
Care instructions?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print or embroidery. Do that and it lasts years. It's built to be lived in.
Where is it made?
Blanks are heavyweight garment-industry standard, hand-selected for durability and how they wear over time. Print and embroidery is applied at a US print partner (OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified blanks) in the United States for US orders. Nothing overseas. Nothing sweatshop.
Is the color true to the photo?
Very close. Screen calibration can shift color a few percent either way. Heather variants (charcoal, grey, oatmeal) have visible fleck texture in person. Solid colors are dyed to the swatch. If a specific color is critical, email us before you order and we'll send you a real-world photo.
Do you offer custom sizes or bulk orders?
Standard sizes go S through 3XL. For team, gym, or crew orders (12 or more pieces) email support@thewolvlife.com and we'll set you up direct with our facility. Turnaround is still made-to-order, so expect the same 5 to 12 day window per batch.
