Three-Origin Organic Blend
Grown Above the Clouds
We source from three of the world's highest coffee-growing regions. No filler. No commodity beans. Every lot is personally selected, traceable to the farm.
Sourced from the Cooperativa de Caficultores del Cauca. a network of smallholder farmers in the Colombian Massif of the Andes Mountains. Coffee trees grow in clay-mineral rich volcanic soil, hand-harvested at peak ripeness, fully washed, and patio dried. Brings bright acidity, caramel sweetness, and the floral jasmine notes to the blend.
Sourced from smallholder farmers in the Western Ghats Mountain Range. a UNESCO biodiversity hotspot. Generations of growers cultivate coffee under dense shade canopies alongside native trees, pepper vines, and spice plants. Cherry AB grade Robusta, sun and mechanically dried. Contributes the rich body, dark chocolate depth, and walnut-cedar finish.
Sourced from KBQ Baburrayyan. a Fair Trade USA cooperative in the Gayo Highlands of Aceh. Misty equatorial mountains, volcanic peaks, and clay-mineral rich soil. Wet-hulled (Giling Basah). Sumatra's signature process, and patio dried. Brings the bold body, earthy molasses sweetness, and tobacco notes that anchor the blend.

Roasted by Master Roasters
Roasted in small batches at our USDA Organic-certified partner facility. by people who've spent decades dialing the roast curve for every origin. We don't pretend to do it ourselves. We let the experts do what they do best.
Sealed in Bulk, Filled to Order
Beans arrive at our packhouse in oxygen-barrier bulk bags straight from the roaster. never exposed to open air, never touched by middlemen warehouses. We hold them sealed until your order comes in, then hand-fill your bag the same day.
Bagged & Ground to Order
Here's where most coffee brands lie about freshness. We don't. When your order comes in, we open the bulk seal, weigh it, grind it (if you chose ground), and bag it that same day. Never pre-stocked. Never sitting on a shelf.
Certified USDA Organic
We're not just using organic beans, we're a USDA Organic-certified facility, verified by Americert International. Every step of our process meets the highest standards. Indonesia lots also Fair Trade USA certified.
Curated, Not Commodity.

The Pack Speaks
1,247 Honest Reviews
I've been through every "specialty" roaster on the market. Most are pretentious without substance. Ascend is the first bag I've bought more than once in three years. The chocolate note is real. The citrus is real. Nothing fake going on here.
Been doing pour over every morning for six years. Ascend in a Chemex is absolutely elite. The bloom on this coffee is insane. it domes like crazy, which tells you it's genuinely fresh. Rich and smooth with zero bitterness.
Used the cold brew method from the guide. Made a concentrate, drank it over ice with oat milk. Tasted like a $9 café drink except I made it at home for pennies. Subscribed immediately. The 15% off and free shipping makes it a no-brainer.

Why Your Coffee Tastes Stale
Most "premium" coffee on grocery shelves was roasted months before it reached your kitchen. Here's the difference, side by side.
WOLV Ascend
Grocery Store
"Coffee is the first thing most of us put in our bodies every morning. I wanted to know what was actually in mine, and what I learned about mass-market coffee was rough. Pesticides, mold, contaminants, mystery sourcing. So we built the opposite. USDA Organic, traceable to the farm, small-batch roasted. No shortcuts. No additives. No BS."
Questions
The FAQ
Is this actually organic?
USDA Certified Organic, verified by Americert International. Every lot we source goes through third-party certification. No pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, no BS. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't go in the bag.
How fresh is it when it arrives?
Here's the actual workflow: small batches roasted at our USDA Organic-certified partner facility, then sealed in oxygen-barrier bulk bags straight off the drum. Those bulk bags ship to our packhouse and stay sealed until orders come in. The day your order ships, we open the bulk seal, weigh, grind (if you chose ground), hand-fill into a foil-lined pouch with a one-way degassing valve, and seal it closed. Your bag was filled the day it shipped, never pre-bagged, never sitting on a shelf. You'll notice the bloom when you brew. Fresh coffee blooms. Stale coffee doesn't.
Whole bean vs. pre-ground. which should I get?
Whole bean if you have a grinder. grinding fresh always wins, especially for pour over. But if you don't have a grinder, our pre-ground option is still a major upgrade over what you'll find on a shelf. Most "fresh ground" coffee at the grocery store was ground weeks ago. Ours is ground the day your order ships. medium grind, ideal for drip and pour over. If you're doing espresso or French press, get whole bean and a burr grinder so you can dial it in.
How does the subscription work?
You pick your delivery frequency. every 2 or 4 weeks. You save 15% on every order. Free shipping always. You can skip, pause, swap products, or cancel from your account portal. no hoops, no customer service required. Most pack members end up on every 4 weeks. A 12oz bag lasts a solo drinker about 3–4 weeks.
What if I don't like it?
Email support@thewolvlife.com within 30 days. We refund you, no questions asked. We'd rather you find what works than keep your money.
Can I use it for espresso?
Yes. Ascend pulls excellent espresso. Target 18–20g in, 36–40g out, 25–30 seconds. The Full City Plus roast handles pressure well, and you'll get a deep chocolate crema with citrus in the finish. Get the whole bean version for espresso so you can dial your grind.
