Two-Origin Organic Blend
Two Mountains, One Pour
Two equatorial mountain ranges. Same volcanic DNA. We pull the Robusta for body and crema, the Sumatran Arabica for depth and oak. Roasted darker than Ascend, built for the pressure of an espresso machine.
Lot 1254 · India Organic Robusta Cherry AB. Sourced from smallholder farms across the Western Ghats. a UNESCO biodiversity hotspot. Generations of growers cultivate coffee under shade canopies alongside native pepper vines and spice plants. Sun-dried, then mechanically finished. The Robusta brings the body and crema that make Eclipse pull like espresso.
Lot 1252 · Indonesia Sumatra GR1 DP. Mas Kawi. Sourced from KBQ Baburrayyan cooperative in the Gayo Highlands of Aceh. Smallholder family plots intercropped with fruit trees, organized through cooperative networks. Wet-hulled (Giling Basah) and patio-dried. Sumatra's signature process. The Arabica brings the depth and oak-warm finish.

Pulls a shot like a $40 bag. Been on espresso machines for 12 years. Crema, mouthfeel, low acid finish. Real dark roast done right.
Finally a dark roast that isn't burnt to hide cheap beans. Smooth, low acid, cocoa-forward. The industry trick is to char the failure out. Patrick didn't.
remember the early howl dark roast experiments? this is generations ahead. patrick clearly went deep on the dial in
Bold and smooth. Heads up though, this one's strong. Cut my usual scoop in half. Pace yourself.
Fire. Real coffee.
Wife drinks it with oat milk. I drink it straight. Both ways slap.
Been buying Patrick's coffee for 3 years. The progression on the dark side has been the most dramatic. This is the version that finally got there.
Stopped going to my local espresso bar. Making it at home for a fraction. Would auto-ship with a better subscription deal.
Drip, espresso, french press, doesn't matter. Bag holds up across every method. That's rare for a dark roast.
i'm a barista. this is professional level. would serve it in my own shop
Heavy and bold. Maybe a little much if you're not used to a true Full City Plus. Ease in. I'm on auto-ship.
