The Pack Speaks
Brewed. Reviewed.
Before we launched as WOLV, we were The Howl Life. We sent Nectar to our OGs first. Honey people, sweet-coffee skeptics, the ones who'd been with us since day one. These are their unedited reviews. No paid sponsorships. No filters. Verified customer reviews land here as orders ship.
Tastes like honey and coffee got married. Sweet but not syrupy. The honey actually shows up in the cup.
first flavored coffee i've had where the flavor doesn't taste chemical. you can tell the honey is actual honey, not syrup
Replaced my morning latte. No sugar needed. The honey carries it all on its own.
been with patrick since the howl days. the way the formulas have come together is unreal. this might be the best yet.
Really sweet. A little too rich for me to drink every day. Once or twice a week is perfect though. Saving it for slow mornings.
honey nose, smooth, finishes clean. nothing fake. just a damn good cup.
I'm a beekeeper. These honey notes are legit. Whoever they're sourcing from knows what they're doing.
Love it but would auto-ship if it was a touch cheaper. Hoping for a subscription deal. As a sometimes treat it's perfect.
i quit refined sugar a year ago. needed a sweet morning brew. this is the answer. all natural sweetness.
Tastes like a honey-glazed donut without the sugar crash. So good. Maybe a touch too sweet to be my everyday but i love it.

vs. The Aisle
Why Most Flavored Coffee Tastes Fake
Mass-market flavored coffee uses synthetic flavor sprays and artificial sweeteners to fake what real ingredients deliver. Nectar uses raw honey from New Zealand. Here's the line, side by side.
WOLV Nectar
Mass-market flavored coffee
"Real Nectar honey is one of the rarest sweeteners on the planet. Most flavored coffees fake it with chemical sweetness and food coloring. So we did the opposite. USDA Organic coffee glazed with real New Zealand Nectar honey, small-batch roasted, packed fresh the day you order. No artificial flavors. No syrup. No shortcuts. No BS. Just real coffee and real honey, the way it should be."
Questions
The FAQ
What is Nectar honey?
Raw honey from New Zealand's native Nectar blossom. a tea-tree shrub that grows wild across the New Zealand coast. The honey is unusually thick, golden-amber, and has been valued for generations for its unique natural properties. Each batch in Nectar coffee is sourced from native New Zealand Nectar blossoms.
Is there actual honey in this coffee?
Yes. Raw New Zealand Nectar honey is a real ingredient. listed second in the bag's ingredients panel, right after the Arabica coffee. The honey is glazed onto the bean during roasting. It's not a flavor spray.
What are cane alcohol and glycerin doing in the ingredients?
Both are organic carriers that let the Nectar honey actually bind to the bean during the glazing process. Cane alcohol evaporates during roasting (similar to how it works in vanilla extract). Glycerin is a natural humectant that keeps the honey distributed evenly across the beans. Both are organic. No artificial flavoring.
How does Nectar compare to Ascend?
Different jobs. Ascend is the unflavored daily driver. three-origin organic blend, balanced for any brew method. Nectar is sweet, floral, rich. Arabica beans finished with raw Nectar honey for a layered, indulgent cup. Pick Ascend when you want straight black coffee. Pick Nectar when the cup is the dessert.
Whole bean or pre-ground. which should I get?
Whole bean if you have a grinder. grinding fresh always wins, and Nectar's honey glaze blooms harder when the grind is fresh. If not, pre-ground works fine. ground medium for drip, French press, and most pour-over methods. Pre-ground is the right call for a daily auto-drip setup.
Will Nectar taste sweet without adding sugar?
Yes. The honey glazing brings real sweetness to the cup. most pack members don't add sugar. Try the first cup black so the floral notes can carry through. Cream works if that's your default. Skip the syrups, the Nectar already does the job.
